Choose which notifications you'd like to receive from Security Plan. Turn a channel on or off any time — changes take effect right away.

Account & Policy Notifications

Text Messages (SMS) Payment and policy notifications sent by text.

Email Payment and policy notifications sent by email. Voicemail (Phone) Automated voicemail notifications to your phone.

Turning off a channel does not cancel your policy or change your billing. To stop text messages immediately, reply STOP to any text — the account settings on your customer portal are a channel you can always use too.
